QHSE Policy
Electromechanical Contracting L.L.0 shall commit and ensure Quality of its services, Health & Safety of its Employees, Clients, Visitors and the community at large and protect the physical environment in which the Stecon Electromechanical Contracting L.L.C’s associated business activities are carried out.
The Management and Staff of Stecon Electromechanical Contracting L.L.C shall:
- Ensure that our service meet the needs and expectations of our clients in terms of quality;
- Develop and implement an Integrated Management System conforming to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007;
- Ensure the availability of personal, financial and human resources necessary to mitigate the adverse impact of its operations on HSE;
- Undertake reviews to measure QHSE performance against identified objectives and targets and continually improve the system;
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of our staff and the protection of our assets;
- Comply with or exceed all relevant Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety legal laws, regulations and other requirements;
- Identify the hazards in the production facility, assess the risks and manage those risks in order to reduce adverse impact on HSE;

- Make every effort to protect the environment and prevent pollution, minimize consumption of materials, promote reuse and recycling of wastes and adopt best practice on waste management;
- Strive to achieve continual improvement of the QHSE management system and related performance;
- Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill-health;
- Provide appropriate training to employees where applicable;
- Ensure that the company’s QHSE policy is well communicated to all quarters concerned;
HSE Policy
Stecon Electromechanical Contracting L.L.C recognizes that the company objectives can be only achieved if the operational performance of all the activities along with supplied services & products meet the requirements of our customers as set forth in their specifications, contractual documents and other written instructions.
Stecon Electromechanical Contracting L.L.0 maintains an Environment Management System to Improve the environmental factors and ultimately to reduce the environmental impacts on operations, activities, products and services.
The Establishment is committed to the following:
- To comply with all applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, and other legal requirements to which the company subscribes. To achieve and maintain compliance, we develop and maintain management systems for identifying relevant requirements and for monitoring performance of related activities.
- To set objectives and measures for Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Performance.
- To implement any recommendations from the Audits, HSE site visit and data analysis result
- Periodically review the effectiveness/performance of the HSE management system and the continuing suitability of this policy.
- work protectively with our customers, supplies and any third party to achieve the aims of the policy, identify materials, processes, product & wastes that cause or may cause pollution, implementation on the measures to avoid/reduce & control pollution where technically and economically viable.
- To access all operational activities and potential changes to identify scientific hazard and/or environmental impacts and implement appropriate measures to ensure that exposure to such risks are maintained as low as reasonably practicable.
- The Establishment strives to prevent the occurrence of incidents or exposures, to prevent harm or damage to individuals as well as on the environment and maintain emergency plan in order to minimize such risks and consequent adverse effects.
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting HSE performance to identify the opportunities for continuous improvement.
- All sub-contractors to manage HSE in line with this policy and comply with the requirements of the company HSE Manual.
